Further/highlighted changes:
From Another World events no longer happen as the mod has been beaten by filling the sky with 12 block tall bubble columns.
Hexal wisp mishaps are no longer opaque, they are now shown in chat.
Hexal slipways spawn in the world now.
Hexal bound wisps now correctly disappear via consume wisp.
Machine face textures now only light up the parts that should be lit up instead of the entire machine face. (grayday)
Striders no longer pile up indefinitely to fill the mobcap (and go past it).

2024-11-11 20:17:59 +01:00 | 8 commits to main since this releaseThe mod responsible for the Harvest, Blue, Magic and Blood moons is also responsible for breaking mob switches and generally messing with mob spawning in unintended ways. It's been removed. It was also deemed to be too unbalanced for Things to be enhanced by Zombie Awareness due to burrowing. Framed tinted glass is now also able to be turned back into regular tinted glass (thanks garryo).
To reproduce from an existing instance:
Remove "A Blood Moon" mod.
Replace the Zombie Awareness MobLists.toml config file with the one in the repo.

2024-11-06 14:03:22 +01:00 | 9 commits to main since this releaseThis update is a big one. Modern Industrialization, by default, relies on quarries to generate ores from drills. You make the drills with the ores you get from the quarry output of said drill. The result is that you end up spamming a bunch of quarries to get resources from essentially thin air. I dislike this, and have chosen to port over the ore creation methods from a popular Factorio modpack; Seablock. Utilizing 11 new machines, we're now able to generate ores from water through complex refining chains. Be warned, not every recipe has to be used. The machines and roughly 40 new items are all textured by Grayday, and he did a fantastic job on them as you'll see in-game.
Apart from content, this update delivers a host of performance and stability improvements, which should serve to provide a more enjoyable experience playing the pack.
On top of all of that, the KubeJS scripts and datapacks are now available on this repository, under their own License.To reproduce from an existing instance:
Make a new instance with the provided zip and port over the options.txt file. If you want to keep the map data out of sync with the server, then also port over the data folder. Not porting the data folder means wiping your map data but hopefully fixing the bug where you have to relog to get your map to update.PrismLauncher exported pack download: https://gofile.io/d/MIM0BN

To combat this, sculk can now be assimilated again. Unlike the previous time, it's now flammable.

Replace the FromAnotherWorld jar with one that matches the repo's sha256 hash for it.

2024-08-29 15:28:40 +02:00 | 97 commits to main since this releaseThanks to the help of Object object from the Hexcasting discord, I've been able to build a Hexal jar that fixes the wisp crash. This makes wisps actually usable in the pack now. Slipways are still not able to generate though.
To reproduce from an existing instance:
Update all mods except for Indium, Sodium and Sodium Shadowy Path Blocks.
Replace Hexal with the jar in the pack zip (or ask someone who has it to send it to you).
Add SuperMartijn642's Config Lib (thanks Better Archeology).

2024-07-26 16:17:19 +02:00 | 99 commits to main since this releaseThis isn't the Create Big Cannons update yet, as that still requires Trinkets to not crash, but it's been a while since I last updated, and new users might want a refreshed gofile link regardless.
For existing pack users, simply hit "Check for Updates" in PrismLauncher and untick anything sodium and indium related, as well as Create Big Cannons before hitting Accept.
